Keep the booking.
Keep the client.
Keep your commission.

GLDS puts independent luxury advisors in direct contact with hotels worldwide — no IATA code, no GDS terminal, no commission distributor taking a cut. Book at net and your commission is already yours, or book gross and we pay by the 5th of the month after your client checks out.

1500+predominantly 5-star hotels live today, from flagged properties to hand-picked boutique addresses
1–2 mintypical time for an advisor to turn a request into a sent offer
Freefor qualified agencies — no membership or service fees

Built for travel agents

Not a marketplace you compete inside of. A direct line to the hotel, with your name on every booking.

Direct hotel access

Work with the hotel itself, not a wholesaler standing in between you and the room.

Your agency's name

Every booking carries your agency's name and relationship — never a marketplace's.

1–2 minute offers

Turn a client's request into a sent offer while another channel is still opening a ticket.

Commission that's yours

Commission is already set on every hotel — no negotiation, no reseller taking a share on the way to you.

Bring your own contracts

Already have hotel relationships and negotiated rates of your own? Add them to the platform and book them the same way — your book of business, your terms.

Without GLDS — how it works today

The chain that eats your commission

Before a booking pays out, an independent advisor without a chain-wide contract has to survive an obstacle course built for someone else's agency.

1

The negotiation

Negotiate hotel by hotel

No shared contract and no shared rate — every property is its own negotiation, every time.

2

The transaction

Your client pays the hotel directly

A small agency can't prefinance a five-star stay, so you're left chasing a commission after the fact.

3

The payout

A commission distributor takes its cut first

Without an IATA code, commission has to route through someone who has one — and they keep a share for the privilege.

Route it through a commission distributor or a bigger IATA agency, and each layer keeps a share before any of it reaches you.

With GLDS

The same three steps, without the toll booth

GLDS doesn't add a layer to that chain — it removes the two that were taking your money.

Was: negotiate hotel by hotel
1

The booking

Your agency's name reaches the hotel

Search live rates and book instantly — the reservation carries your agency's name, not GLDS's. We're the technical link, never the agency on record.

Was: client pays the hotel; you chase the commission
2

The transaction

Payment runs through GLDS

One clean transaction, handled by us. You're never the one collecting or chasing money from a hotel.

Was: a commission distributor takes a cut
3

The payout — separate from the transaction

100% of your commission, paid your way

No IATA accreditation, no GDS training, no reseller in between — net or gross, you choose how your commission reaches you.

Two ways to get paid

Choose per booking — whichever fits how you quoted that client.

Net rates

Your commission is built into the rate. You quote your client, pay the net rate, and keep the difference — the day you book.

No waiting.

Gross rates

Book at the full rate. We pay your commission by the 5th of the month after your client checks out.

Your own interface, not ours

Search under your agency's own name and colors, not a GLDS-branded tool bolted onto your site — premium, curated inventory, with no GDS training required to use it.

Shown here in the branding of one of our own guest-facing sites — proof the shell adapts to a different identity entirely, GLDS included.

A branded booking screen showing the Marina Deluxe Room in Dubai, available 9 to 11 November 2026, with room photo, amenities and nightly price.
A GLDS client offer for Rosewood Munich, branded in the American Express Centurion design instead of GLDS's own.

A branded offer in seconds, not an afternoon

The moment you find a room, GLDS turns it into a client-ready PDF in your agency's own name and colors — not GLDS's. No formatting a quote by hand, no waiting on a graphic designer.

A real GLDS offer, branded for the American Express Centurion programme.

Your identity, your success

The relationship stays between your agency and the hotel — GLDS just clears the way for it.

Exclusive rates, ready to book

Rates contracted by GLDS and bookable instantly. Bring your own negotiated rates too, if you have them.

Real-time confirmations

No 24-hour wait for a reply while your client is deciding between two hotels.

Concierge services, coordinated ahead

Pre-arrival details pass between your agency and the hotel before your client lands.

A hotel that knows your name

Not a booking number in a queue — the agency that sent them a guest.

A palm-lined resort pool in golden afternoon light.

From sign-up to payout

Four steps, the same ones a booking always needed — just without anyone standing in the way.

Who you're actually dealing with

Built by a travel expert, not a startup that discovered hospitality.

GLDS grew out of Snowtrade Royale, a private travel advisory that spent years arranging stays for ultra-high-net-worth clients across the Alps, one relationship at a time — not a startup that discovered hospitality along the way. Every direct hotel relationship on the platform, and the judgment behind which five-star addresses are actually worth booking, traces back to that decade of on-the-ground advisory work.

As demand from corporates outgrew what a single advisory could arrange by hand, that same expertise became the software behind GLDS — today run by a full team across product, hotel relations and operations.

Questions advisors actually ask

Do I need an IATA or ARC number?

No. No IATA accreditation, no ARC number, and no host agency are required to get started. On gross bookings we pay your commission directly to your agency's bank account; on net bookings, you simply keep the difference yourself.

How and when exactly do I get paid?

It depends on how you book. At net rates, your commission is already yours the day you book — you've simply kept the difference. At gross rates, GLDS pays your commission by the 5th of the month after your client checks out.

Can I use my own credit card?

Yes. You can pay with your client's card or your agency's own card — your choice, every booking.

Can I choose net or gross per booking?

Yes. Net and gross aren't a plan you sign up for — you pick whichever fits how you quoted that specific client, booking by booking.
