Who's behind GLDS
Built by travel advisors, for travel advisors
GLDS started as the tool Germany's largest provider of luxury ski holidays used to book stays for the American Express Centurion Service. It was in use for years before we scaled it to a global portfolio of luxury hotels. The hotel relationships on the platform, and the judgment about which five-star addresses are worth booking, come from that work.
We built GLDS because independent advisors kept losing money and hours to the same middlemen. GLDS is a company in Reutlingen, Germany, and you can reach the founders directly.

What advisors ask before they join
If it's free, how does GLDS make money?
GLDS receives a transaction fee from the hotel. Your commission is already set on every rate and is never reduced to fund the platform. You pay no membership, no setup cost and no booking fee.
Do I need an IATA or ARC number?
No. You book under your agency's name and we handle payment and payout. No accreditation, no host agency and no GDS training needed.
Can several advisors in my agency use it?
Yes. Advisors in the same agency share one dashboard and see the same trips and bookings. There is no charge per advisor.
When exactly do I get paid?
You choose per booking. With a net rate your commission is the difference you keep, so it's yours the moment you book. With a gross rate we transfer your commission by the 5th of the month after your client checks out.
Can I add hotels I already have contracts with?
Yes. Add your own negotiated rates and book them through the same platform, with the same brochures and itineraries.
Will my clients see GLDS?
No. Offers, brochures and itineraries carry your agency's name and colors. The hotel sees your agency as the booker.
